Hi! My name is Shanna (Shawna, Shauna) and I am a graduate of Union City high school. I will be attending Albright in the fall, and I'm so excited!

About me:
<3- Marching Band. Drumline and colorguard.
<3- Theater. Wicked/Phantom/Newsies/ everything else
<3- Erie. The beach is the pace EVER to hang. The mall isn't so bad either lol
<3- Making friends. I love being a social person.
<3- God. Total Jesus freak.
<3- Singing.
<3 - Fake people. I hate it when people act differently in order to get attention. Be yourself.
<3- Drunk/ high people. They are annoying in general.

The only thing I can think of, and I'm being 100% honest, is it's accessibility for those who disabilities. It's not an easy campus to get around for those who are physically handicapped. Although with the new construction on the Science building they are planning to move towards solving that issue, the dorms are not really wheel-chair friendly. I really can't think of anything "bad" about the atmosphere or faculty, and if I did I would say it, the school encourages us to be vocal, even on their own website :P

Same thing with me! I toured it during the winter break so it was EMPTY. But those who were there for interim just struck me as being so happy. And it's generally true. Albright, for some reason, has a very happy campus compared to other schools. I hope you're excited!

The atmosphere...it's the reason I chose it. Everyone just seems to be happy here. It's a very laid-back, go with the flow campus that I can't get enough of.

I know a few people that have a bike. The campus is small so if you were bringing it to ride to class, it's not that far a walk. But if you are an avid biker, by all means bring it along. Some like to bike around the neighborhood behind campus or all the way to the top of Mt. Penn.

I enjoyed your blog. I felt kinda the same way when I decided to go to Slippery Rock as a freshmen.

Here I come!

So, I'm here, sitting in my high school spreadsheet class. It seems like high school will NEVER EVER end. These last two weeks are going to be the longest weeks of my life, and yet I feel as though this summer is going to be the shortest. So many things I want to do before I leave...Albright feels like a whole new world (Stop that, I know what you're thinking) I'm really nervous.
