I hope everyone had a fantastic memorial day weekend!!  Mine was filled with relaxation and time at the pool!  I went home for the first time since Easter so my family was excited to see me.  I will be spending my summer at Albright working in the Admission office as well as doing an internship at the hospital.  It will be for academic credit, so unfortunately I am not getting paid...the hospital is giving me free…

It is very hard to believe that at the end of this summer I will not be packing the car to head back to Albright. I had four great years, but that chapter in my life ended last Sunday and it is time to move on to bigger things! Hopefully, it is med school for me as I am still on the waiting list at VCOM, but if it is not this year, it will be next year, so I am excited. What is more exciting though is the fact that the friends you meet in college will still be there for you. I was so happy…

For me summer really did not start when I got my last final done. Why is this one might ask? Well since I have been home most of my time has been taken up by sleep. Now that I am fully rested it is time to start the summer with a bang and what better way to do it than with an old fashion country BBQ. I cannot wait swimming, eating, vollyball a great time to have fun with family and friends at my river lot.

I remember being so excited about being accepted to this wonderful school and now I'm on the road to graduation. Time sure does fly. High school seemed to go at a snail's pace, but not college. I guess it's because I get to do what I want (for the most part) and really live life as an adult. High school was too structured and that's why it was so slow.

Lion DIPS is an organization on campus that works with the Alumni Office and hosts events.  One event is Senior Mystery Dinner, a free dinner for about half of the senior class to an unknown restaurant.  This year, the dinner was at the Melting Pot in Center City, Philadelphia.  I had never been to the melting pot before, so I did not know what to expect, but it was so nice!  The whole place was reserved for Albright with cheese, entrees, dessert, and a free alcoholic drink for each senior. …

Today may not seem like it should be too busy, the last day of finals, with many people already home, but in the quad it's anything but quiet.  For many freshman, their last final was today.  So ALL the parents and students have been running around to check out properly and on time.  Who can blame them? I can't wait for summer either!

I have had checkouts today since 11 with people who signed up with me, and unofficially about ten or fifteen more since then.  I am even writing…

One final exam left!  It has been a very long week filled with many, many late nights spent in the science center.  I really find it hard to believe that it is already final exams week.  I am not ready to say goodbye to this year and especially not ready to say farewell to this incredible senior class.  I'm going to miss some of them so much!  The brand new incredible science center has been my refuge this week.…

So the day before finals is dubbed "Reading Day".  There are no classes and minimal activities so that the students can, well, read.  We can catch up on some sleep study hard for our finals so that we crush them like bugs.  I have a Biochem final tomorrow which I'm continuing studying for after this post, so I'm considering this a pre-study break ;)

This semester has been a whirlwind.  Actually, most of my college career has been that way (as proven by my Craziness and Insanity posts).  I know most of you have about a month yet, but trust me, it goes by so quickly.  Takes lots of pictures, you can bring those with you to college to show all your new friends your old friends.  Make lots of memories because you will want to keep these with you as well.  Mark-up your yearbook, be a paparazzi, write down your thoughts and feelings.  You…

It's hard to believe that I and many other Juniors are only a handful of finals before our senior year. It seems like only yesterday I was rushed out of my car to the CC to take my I.D. photo. This last year has been crazy and I have a feeling that the craziness isn't going to end until May of next year.



This summer I will continue my job at Rock Bottom, have another part time job, and be doing a Half-ACRE. Not to mention trying to go on a vacation or two and hang out with friends.…

Last week I went to a glassblowing demonstration at the Goggleworks in West Reading through an Albright trip.  Only 4 people went, but I was one and had fun!  I did see glassblowing before in Murano Italy, but this was so nice because the guy working, Scott, was so informative.  His major in college was glass-how cool is that?!  Goggleworks is so close to Albright, but now that I am leaving, I wish I would have taken a mosaic class or something there.  Yes, you cannot have a car your first…

Had the pleasure of attending an open house and breakfast at a high school on Wednesday in land of mansions, Porsches, and Ferraris.  And yes, I saw all of those!  Harriton High School is one of two high schools in the Lower Merion school district.  Its mailing address is Rosemont, but it might as well list, “Main Line”.  The visit left me excited and impressed by all that Harriton offers…
