Back to the old grind

First... Happy New Year to everyone!!! I have been back for quite a while! I actually returned to school on January second to get some hours working at the front desk, and the admissions office. I had the free time because I chose not to take an interim class so I spent the three week period working half time at both my jobs to get money for books and a little shopping to take care of any apartment necessities. I always like interim because of how quite and peaceful it is (not that I don't love all the Albright Students!) Its always nice to be around some of your close friends during interim time. The College is literally a ghost town! All good things must eventually come to an end though, the three weeks of interim time came and went as quickly as possible.

School started just yesterday! students and faculty are back on campus getting accustomed to their daily routines, new class schedules and locations, and most importantly reuniting with friends they haven't seen for over a month.Its nice seeing old faces, and even new faces of students that have just transferred from other locations. I hope the transition to albright comes easy for most of them, Albrights friendly atmosphere shouldn't prove too difficult to become apart of =) Its a whole new year! anything could happen. So this year I'm working my butt of to make deans list! (my new years resolution)

A few things happening this semester include:

Ac2 has some kick ass events for the semester all of which I'm looking forward to working =D

Ac2 will also be attending the regional conference in Charlotte NC at the end of February

Greek Week is coming up soon!! The theme is said to be super secret!

Mardi Gras Dinner in the Caff!!

And last but not least, Graduation for our darling seniors =( this should be a happy occasion but this year will definitely be the most difficult with letting our Albright Seniors go. I know so many! Right now I will accept the complete denial I am in. I'll face it in May!

Thats all the time I have for right now, my class starts in 5 minutes =p I hope everyone has a safe and extremely enjoyable semester!!
