BUSY BUSY BUSY BUSY!

So I think the title of this says it all and I am so sorry for neglecting everyone. This month has been...well....BUSY!

Earlier this month, I had an internship interview with the Reading Phillies for one of their seasonal intern positions. The interview went really well and from what I could tell, I was liked very much. I still have not heard back from them but I am still holding hope…keep your fingers crossed for me!

This past Tuesday night was our swim team’s first meet of the season. Our meet was against Lebanon Valley and needless to say we showed them why we are the defending MAC Champs! Unfortunately, I was not able to swim in the meet because of where I am at in my recovery from my injury. I am hoping that in about two weeks or so I will be back swimming in meets. But in the mean time, I am still training hard with the rest of the team. Our next meet is tomorrow afternoon here at Albright against Lycoming.  

In my previous blog, I told you all about receiving and accepting a bid to join the fraternity Alpha Sigma Phi. So I am still in the pledging process and I have learned so much about the fraternity. My pledge class gets along really well and we are all definitely looking forward to the cool, new chapter in our lives.
