It’s Just a Jump to the Left!

Soooo, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” had its one and only performance this previous Sunday! I got to play Dr. Frank’N’Furter…which means I had to run around in 5” stilettos…it was hot…

                In all seriousness…it was probably the most fun I have ever had! I have played roles where I have had to be in drag before, but never to this extent. I have never had to use heels and fishnets…and corsets… And the amount of makeup I had on was ridiculous. It took me a good hour and a half to get it all off.

                We sold out on tickets and probably even had too many people there. My parents came to see the show…which I was against…but they seemed to really enjoy it. My dad actually really loves Rocky Horror, which I think is very weird, but he walked up to afterwards and told me how proud he was…which is even weirder…

                In the end, my feet still hurt, I keep finding random splotches of makeup in bazaar places, and I wouldn’t change a moment of it!
