Lunes!

So, I just realized that I really ought to post more! I really thought I would be back earlier than this - but my wonderful schedule barely allows me to even sleep. Oh, you DON'T want to see a morning version of me.

Anywho, my internship has taken a bit of a twist lately. I took off for fall break and came back last Friday to... BIG changes. I'm not sure if I can say just yet - but let's just say that I'm STILL trying to comprehend all of these major changes. I'm still in shock. Wow.

Today, I got to do stuff with PPA grants. They're some sort of art grant for organizations seeking funds to pay for an artistic feat they plan to do. I actually was involved this summer when they made decisions, yay me! But today, I got to sort all these things out and make sure that these organizations used the money in a good way. Like, to fund their project or program and not for like, workers' bonuses - a system of checks and balances. Sorry for getting so technical.

But that took up the majority of my hours today. We'll see what's about to come when I go back to BAC later this week.

Now, going a little off topic (oh, don't seem so surprised!), today seems to be a day of BIG news. Well, one thing happened (I promise, I'm usually not this vague), and I'm not sure what to do. Needless to say, I guess I'm a bit aggravated - sometimes bad choices are made that affect other people. AHEM. I guess things just happen... I don't know how I feel about this.

Ooooh, that reminds me! I painted something this weekend!! For AVAO's homecoming sale. I'll post a picture when I get back home, since it's on my computer. But it's a pretty (actually really) bad painting - I'm not too happy with it, but nothing really I can do now, since I hope someone bought it. It was a red pair of heels - that my one friend thought of Dorothy's ruby slippers. It's not!

I was just about to leave when I remembered that today was the day that the first deposit was due for the Ecuador trip this interim. $1000 down, a few more to go! I'm excited for this trip , but quite sad to see my imaginary funds dwindling away. Life is so expensive! (Well, trips and clothes are.)

Now, I shall gooo. I have some emails to send out (perks of being a TM), and then some hw (fun, fun, fun). THEN, help my sister with her HW (the joys of being the eldest). Okay, I'm really going now.
