Summer, Summer, Summer!!!!

So graduation has come and go and now everyone is home for the summer! As my residents were leaving for home, I kept hearing about all their summer plans....the beach,summer jobs, trips to England and the Bahamas, internships, etc. And I love that everyone is going to be so busy, but the one thing everyone can't forget is that you need to relax and take a break at some point during this fabulous break we are given! The worst thing you can do is to be so busy that you are literally going and going like during the school year and end up being burnt out by the time classes start again in August. So my advice to everyone when they are planning their trips and events for the summer, let that last week before classes start be your time to pack up your stuff for school and take a nap! In the mean time.....have a great summer, connect with old friends and swim your hearts out!
