'Tis the season to be... working??

Soo.. I'll start off by saying that hope everyone had an amazing Christmas! I sure did! A new gps, a bunch of gift cards, stuff for my dorm room, and a new triclimate northface jacket were among the things that I received this year.

Some other things that I received...

not one, but TWO jobs!

The first Monday of break I started working at a vet's office back in the kennels. Basically I clean, feed, and walk the dogs and cats in the kennels. It's been so busy because of families boarding their pets over the holidays. I've officially cleaned poop off of my shoes 3 times. (I'm sure everyone wanted to know that :)  )

Then today, I talked to someone about another job working with dogs. I'm going to be a canine hydrotherapist. Sounds important right?! haha Basically all i'll be doing there is helping dogs with rehabilitation, weight loss, and exercise by having them swim in a HUGE pool. It's going to be a messy job, but at least there wont be any poop. (hopefully)

I'm so excited to be getting so much experience under my belt. It's going to be great for my resume and grad school applications.

My tip of the day:

START EARLY!! Internships are so easy to get if you just look in the right places. (The Albright Career Center was such a great help for me!)

Well I'm off to watch my new favorite movie: Inception!!
